2016 has marked a momentous year of construction at Woodlea, with so many significant milestones and infrastructure already delivered. Our community continues to evolve, and we're delighted to have welcomed well over 100 residents, this number increasing every week. With the Stage 4 park due for completion before Christmas, we then look forward to the Bacchus Marsh Grammar Early Learning Centre, planned to open in February 2017!
Stage 11 - Expected titles January 2017
Stage 11 is located south of the planned Bacchus Marsh Grammar Primary School and includes a neighbourhood park. All construction works are complete, and consent to register the titles is currently in the final stages of procurement from utility authorities and Council.
Stage 12 - Expected titles January 2017
Stage 12 is located south of the future town centre precinct and adjacent to the Deanside Wetlands conservation area. As with Stage 11, all construction works are complete, and consent to register the titles is currently in the final stages of procurement from utility authorities and Council.
Stage 13 - Expected titles January 2017
Stage 13 is located south of Stage 12 and adjacent to the Deanside Wetlands conservation area. The reticulation of services, construction of kerb and channel and footpaths are complete. The road construction works are in the final stages of completion and consent to register the titles is currently being procured from utility authorities and Council.
Stage 14 - Expected titles March 2017
Stage 14 is located south of Stage 13 and adjacent to the Deanside Wetlands conservation area. The reticulation of services are now complete and road construction works are progressing well in preparation for laying of asphalt.
Stage 15 - Expected titles January 2017
Stage 15 is located south of the display village, which includes the old Woodlea Sales Office. Closely following behind Stage 13, the reticulation of services, construction of kerb and channel and footpaths are complete. The road construction works are in the final stages of completion and consent to register the titles is currently being procured from utility authorities and Council.
Stage 16 - Expected titles May 2017
Stage 16 is located north of the Active Open Space precinct. Bulk earthworks, sewer and drainage works are now complete, with water and gas servicing works progressing well. Preparatory works for road construction have commenced.
Stage 17 - Expected titles July 2017
Stage 17 is located north of the display village, and also abuts Stage 18 to the east. Bulk earthworks are complete, with sewer reticulation works nearing completion. Drainage works have recently commenced.
Stage 18 - Expected titles July 2017
Stage 18 abuts Stage 17 to the west, and both Stages 5 and 16 to the south. Bulk earthworks are nearing completion. Reticulated sewer works have commenced, with drainage works recently commenced.
Stage 19 - Expected titles June 2017
Stage 19 will abut Stage 18 to the west and Stage 16 to the south. Bulk earthworks and sewer reticulation works are complete, with drainage works well underway.
Stage 20 - Expected titles September 2017
Stage 20 is located north of the local town centre and includes a neighbourhood park. Bulk earthworks have commenced and are progressing well. Sewer and drainage works are expected to commence shortly.
Stage 21 - Expected titles October 2017
Stage 21 is located east of Stage 20, and north of the local town centre. The stage also abuts the future Taylors Road to the north. Construction is expected to commence in late December 2016.
Stage 22 - Expected titles October 2017
Stage 22 is located south of Stages 20 and 21, and north of Stage 25 and the local town centre. Construction is expected to commence in January 2017.
Stage 23 - Expected titles November 2017
Stage 23 is located east of Stage 21, and includes the feature raingarden. Construction is expected to commence in January 2017.
Stage 25 – Expected titles November 2017
Stage 25 is located south of Stage 23, and north of the local town centre. Construction is expected to commence in February 2017
Bacchus Marsh Grammar - Early Learning Centre
Woodlea is now home to the Bacchus Marsh Grammar Early Learning Centre, with the first buildings arriving on site in November 2016. The Early Learning Centre is located behind the Sales Office, opposite the Go West Cafe and carpark, and will be fully operational in February 2017.
Active Open Space
Stage 1 of the Active Open Space sports facility comprises of 1 AFL Oval, adventure playground, youth space and car parking with construction completion anticipated in the 2nd quarter of 2017. Stage 2 of the Active Open Space comprises of a second AFL oval and 10 tennis courts and the sporting pavilion with construction completion expected in the 3rd quarter of 2017. The ovals are expected to be ready for use in 2018 following establishment of the playing surface.
