5 reasons Woodlea is Melbourne’s fastest selling estate

Independent research from the National Land Survey Program (NLSP) found that Woodlea outperformed more than 150 land estates across Melbourne and accounted for 16.2 per cent of all sales across the Western corridor.

Averaging 75 sales per month, Woodlea recorded over 30 per cent more sales than its nearest competitor, and upwards of 50 per cent more sales than most of the other analysed projects during the September quarter.

Woodlea delivered its sales across a price bracket of $150,000 to $279,000 and land sized between 350 square metres and 1,000 square metres, demonstrating Woodlea’s diverse offerings in terms of pricing and sizing to meet the needs of a wide range of buyers, from first home buyers to upgrader families.

Woodlea continues to record sell-out success of its land releases, with pre-registrations for the development’s latest land release reaching capacity in less than 30 seconds, and subsequently selling out via appointment just a few days later.

Woodlea Project Director, Matthew Dean, said that since launching in late March, Woodlea has now sold more than 600 lots and momentum shows no signs of slowing down.

“The results are in and it isn’t surprising that Woodlea is now considered the fastest selling community in Melbourne. We have created a truly innovative offering that buyers are really responding strongly to and this involves a well-considered masterplan with the best amenities for all sorts of families, at an affordable entry point,” said Mr Dean.

1. Location, location!

Located 29 kilometres from Melbourne’s CBD, between Caroline Springs and Melton, residents will be transported to the city with ease via the nearby Rockbank train station and Western Freeway.

2. The essentials delivered early

Woodlea demonstrates commitment by the developers Mirvac and Victoria Investments and Properties, to the early delivery of important community amenity and services with a neighbourhood park, general store, café and display village all planned to be delivered in readiness for the first residents in 2016.

Woodlea will also include a Local Town Centre that spans 5,700 square metres which is anticipated to be delivered over the next five to seven years and will feature a public square, supermarket and retail stores, bus interchange, professional services and office space.
